Are the CPR & BLS courses HRD Corp (HRDC) claimable?

Yes. Both the CPR & AED course and the Basic Life Support (BLS) course are claimable under HRD Corp (HRDC) for eligible employers. WhatsApp us and we'll guide you through the claim process for your team.

Which course should I take — CPR & AED or BLS?

CPR & AED is a non-competency course (up to 4 hours) for members of the public — anyone who wants to confidently perform CPR and use an AED. Basic Life Support (BLS) is a full-day competency course for healthcare providers (doctors, nurses, paramedics, allied health) who need provider-level certification.

How long is each course and do I get a certificate?

CPR & AED runs up to 4 hours; BLS is one full day. You receive a certificate on completion — a certificate of attendance for CPR & AED, and a competency certification for BLS.

How do I register, and can you run in-house training?

Just WhatsApp 019-317 1360 or email marketing@codebluetrainingservices.com to register or check the next class date. We also run group / in-house training at your premises for clinics, companies and organisations.

Who runs the training?

Training is led by Sir Fayzal — an accredited life-support trainer and practising ambulance professional. Code Blue EMS is the only provider that combines a working ambulance service with accredited training, so you learn from people who do this for real, every day.

How much does long-distance transfer cost?

Price depends on route distance, crew (BLS vs ALS), equipment needs, and time of day. WhatsApp us pickup and destination — we reply with a quote within 15 minutes during operating hours.

Do you operate outside Klang Valley pickup?

We're Klang Valley based. We pickup KV-wide and deliver Peninsular Malaysia-wide. We also handle reverse routes (e.g. JB → KL) on prior booking.

What credentials does your crew hold?

All ambulance crews are accredited paramedics with BLS / ACLS training, registered with the Ministry of Health Malaysia and operating per the Private Healthcare Facilities & Services regulations.

Is the ambulance BLS or ALS equipped?

Both tiers available. BLS for stable patients; ALS (Advanced Life Support — cardiac monitor, IV meds, ventilator on request) for complex cases. We quote based on patient condition.

Do you accept insurance / corporate billing?

Corporate billing supported for B2B accounts. Private patients typically pay direct (cash on completion, FPX, credit card). Some insurance reimbursement is available on a panel basis — ask when you call.

How quickly can you dispatch?

Long-distance: 30 – 60 minutes for crew assembly and departure from KV. Non-emergency local: 20 – 30 minutes. Pre-booked event standby: arrives 30 – 60 min before event start time.
